There are so many interesting things at our plant in Ryazan that we haven’t talked about yet! We are starting to fix this right now and will now talk about production on a regular basis.Let's start our exciting online tour from the explosion protection workshop!
The official name of the workshop is the low-voltage equipment workshop. Here the assembly of explosion-proof electrical control cabinets takes place, which are assembled on Russian machines! Mainly, an air-pressure protection device is required at oil, gas and chemical enterprises where there is a danger of a gas explosion.
A little theory!The workshop area is as much as 800 sq.m., and the machine park includes CNC vertical milling machining centers, radial drilling machines, electric threading manipulators and lathes.The NVA workshop implies a closed production cycle: mechanical processing of castings with their subsequent painting in the painting area, processing of semi-finished explosion-proof shells and assembly of the finished product.You can watch the production process of explosion-proof equipment here.
