Application of energy efficient modern lighting
solution
Modern lighting without overhead power lines was installed along the entire section. To achieve the goal, 49 pylons were installed and energy-saving controlled luminaires by Lighting Technologies were used.The technical solution was implemented with MAGISTRAL LED 150 (W) K 4000K luminaires. Thanks to the optics and the high efficiency of the luminaires, it was possible to increase the pitch of the pylons from 30 to 44 meters. This resulted in considerable savings in both investment and operating costs. The required levels of illumination were achieved not only on the roadway, but also on the bike lane and the sidewalk.
