The company has a plant in the city of Chekhov, Moscow region, with capacity to produce 27,500 tons of industrial chocolate products.

task
The main task was to reduce energy consumption by switching to long-lasting LED solutions. Another important factor for the client was to save on the cost of maintenance of fixtures. There were high requirements for the lights used in the main food production facility. Lamps had to be changed "point to point" without changing the wiring. Luminaires must withstand high temperatures (the temperature in some facilities reaches +50 degrees).
solution
As part of the reconstruction of the plant's lighting, all old lighting fixtures were replaced with LED fixtures manufactured by Lighting Technologies. FREGAT LEDs were used for street lighting, HB LEDs were installed in the warehouse and on the perimeter of the building, and ARCTIC.OPL ECO LEDs were installed in the main production facility.
