The history of St. Petersburg State Pavlov Medical University dates back to the opening of the Women's Medical Institute on 14 (26) September 1897 - the first institution in Russia and Europe to give women the opportunity to receive a higher medical education. Today, the University continues to develop in modern areas of education, medicine and science. It is located in a historic building in the city center.

APEX LED luminaires were used for creating unique comfortable lighting environment in modern residential complexes, historical buildings and parks. The best combination of efficiency, uniformity and comfort of lighting was achieved. The design of the luminaire was developed in collaboration with internationally renowned industrial design specialists, brothers Serge and Robert Cornelissen (Belgium).
