In October 2021, Moscow Mayor Sergei Sobyanin opened traffic on the transport link of the North-Eastern and North-Western chords and the adjacent road network. This will improve transport services for more than 730,000 residents of Timiryazevsky, Marfino, Ostankinsky, Western and Eastern Degunino, Beskudnikovsky, Otradnoye and Golovinsky districts.
