Implementation of a federal program to save energy and increase energy efficiency with the support of the Russian Ministry of Energy. The task was to provide complex replacement of street lighting and electricity meters in two cities in the Vladimir region - Kovrov and Gus-Khrustalny.

Lamp fixtures were replaced with modern LED street lighting devices manufactured by Lighting Technologies.Electricity meters for remote control and reading were replaced. In total, more than 6,000 light points were upgraded. Lighting Technologies developed special modifications of lamps with improved secondary optics, LEDs with increased efficiency and special color temperature (neutral white).
